Deposits at wiLLBe
Before we can accept your deposit, you need to register your sender account. This is for security reasons and ensures that we only accept payments from your accounts.
How do I make the first deposit?
1. In the app:
- Option 1: Tap the «+» symbol in the bottom centre of the screen and then tap «New payment».
- Option 2: Tap «Assets» in the bottom left of the screen. Then tap the three dots next to the name of the account you wish to make the deposit into, and select «New payment».
2. In your browser:
- Option 1: Click on the red button with the three dots in the bottom right of the screen. Select «Deposit».
- Option 2: Click on «Assets» in the top left of the screen. Then tap the three dots next to the name of the account you wish to make the deposit into, and select «New payment».
3. First deposit:
- Click on «View/add validated accounts».
- Enter the IBAN of your sender account.
- Confirm that you are the beneficial owner of the account.
- Copy the IBAN of the cash account you wish to make the deposit into.
- Set up the transfer with your bank and use the IBAN you copied as the recipient IBAN.
What do I do if I've already sent a payment directly from my bank?
If you've made a direct transfer from your bank, you'll need to confirm to us that it's your account. You only need to do this once for each new sender account.
There are two ways to do this:
1. We wait for your payment:
- If the payment is not processed automatically, we will contact you.
- It may take longer with the first payment, as we do not yet know your bank details.
2. Register your account:
- Register your sender account via the deposit process described above or in your wiLLBe profile under «Change validated accounts».
How do I register an account retrospectively without a new deposit?
- In the wiLLBe app, tap «More» in the bottom right of the screen.
- Tap «My profile».
- Select «Change validated accounts».
- Tap «Edit validated accounts' at the bottom to enter the edit mode.
- Scroll down and tap «Register new account».
- Enter the IBAN of your sender account and confirm that you are the beneficial owner.
Your sender account is now registered. You will receive a confirmation email. As you have already transferred money previously, you do not need to do anything else.
